Deputy Director of Shanghai Science & Technology Museum, Chairman of Administration  Committee of Shanghai Natural History Museum (Branch of Shanghai Science & Technology Museum) and Deputy Director of Natural Science Museums Professional Board, Chinese Association of Natural Science Museums. He devotes to construction and management of major projects in Shanghai Science & Technology Museum in an all-round manner. He has been engaged in science popularization education, science popularization venue operation and management, foreign cooperation and exchange for a long time. He once served as Commander-in-chief of Construction Headquarters of Shanghai Astronomy Museum, with comprehensive responsibility for construction and management of the ongoing Shanghai Astronomy Museum Project. He carries out research and establishes a whole system of goal, concept and exhibition content to steer the construction work of Shanghai Astronomy Museum. In the past two years, he has achieved remarkable results in guiding the innovation and development practice of Shanghai Natural History Museum. He proposes and implements “Five-in-One” Education System of Shanghai Natural History Museum, develops more than 100 educational programs for students at different ages, and successfully launches a series of brand activities with the characteristics and influence of Shanghai Natural History Museum.
